*Your ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE may vary quarterly based on the Prime Rate reported in the "Money Rates" column of the Wall Street Journal on the third Tuesday of March, June, September, and December. Any increase or decrease in the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE will be effective on the first day of the billing period following the month in which the rate is calculated. The ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE will be equal to the prime rate plus 5.9%. An increase in the prime rate will result in an increase in the finance charge, minimum periodic payment and outstanding balance. The ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE will never be above 18.0% nor below 10.9%.
