Can my employees each have their own card with different spending limits?
You can have as many individual cardholders as you want, and assign a specific spending limit to each one. You control spending on each card.

What types of information will I need in order to apply for a Lake Trust Business Credit Card?
You'll need to provide Lake Trust with certain documents to apply for a Business Credit Card. The following list is not all-inclusive; some types of business entities may require additional documentation.

Sole Proprietorship
  • Certificate of Person Conducting Business Under Assumed Name filed with county in which you do business (DBA)
  • Personal Tax Returns including Profit and Loss (2 years)
S Corp, C Corp, and Limited Liability Corporation (LLC)
  • Certificate of Person Conducting Business Under Assumed Name filed with county in which you do business (DBA) - if applicable
  • Articles of Incorporation or Operating Agreement for LLC
  • Certificate of good standing
  • Personal Financial Statement
  • Business Financial Statement
  • Personal Tax Returns including Profit and Loss (2 years)

Partnership

Will my Business Credit Card statement include all cardholders?
For your convenience, we provide you with a single statement each month that summarizes all cardholder spending. You also have the option of sending monthly itemized statements to each cardholder.

Does Lake Trust accept Business Credit Card payments over the counter?
Yes. You choose how you'd like to pay:

  • At any Lake Trust branch
  • Automatic payment from Lake Trust Savings or Checking
  • Pay online

How many credit cards can be issued to my business?
There's no limit. Just tell us the number you need.
